CARE TAILORED TO YOUR LOVED ONE'S NEEDS

We work with you and your loved one to design a personalized plan of care prioritizing comfort and filling their last days with the life that led up to them.

CARING FOR YOUR LOVED ONE

We know that the decision to enter into hospice is not one taken lightly—you want to ensure that your family member will receive the best care possible.

We’re here to be your trusted hospice partner. Our founder, Jessica, started Guaranteed Hospice after her family’s own experience with hospice:

Hi - I’m Jessica McGlory, Founder of Guaranteed Hospice.

I started Guaranteed because I became a caregiver overnight to my dad, and the hospice he was in offered very little support or guidance.

Our goal is for your loved one to receive the care my dad and I never got—care that is supportive, personal, and safe. We’re here to deliver your care, on your terms.

We look forward to partnering with you to deliver the end-of-life experience your family deserves.

A Care Circle where the patient is at the center and surrounded by their loved ones including family, friends, and caregivers.

CARING FOR YOU & OTHER LOVED ONES

At Guaranteed, we seek to care for our patients and their loved ones. Collectively, we refer to patients and their loved ones including family, friends, and other caregivers as the Care Circle.

From the moment you enroll a loved one in our hospice, we’re here to support you too—during hospice, through death and bereavement, and throughout your lifetime.

YOUR GUARANTEED

We know how overwhelming entering hospice can be as you navigate questions, confusion, and new responsibilities. Too often, people are left to navigate this process alone. We’re here to make sure you have the support you need as you consider hospice.

We’ve developed Guaranteed Guide, a personalized text message-based concierge that you have access to anywhere at any time—from before hospice admission through bereavement years later.

How do I pay for hospice?

Hospice care is typically 100% covered by a patient’s insurance provider. Medicare covers hospice completely, and we can review your Medi-Cal and or other commercial insurance for coverage. We believe great end-of-life care is a healthcare right; we will never turn away a patient due to an inability to pay.

What areas do you serve?

We serve patients and families in Southern California including the following counties: Los Angeles County and Orange County.

What services are covered by hospice care?

  • Nursing care including pain and symptom management
  • Providing equipment and supplies needed for your care
  • Counseling and social services including emotional and spiritual support
  • Daily living support including homemaking, and physical and occupational therapy
  • Bereavement and grief support for your loved ones

What are the signs I should consider hospice support?

If you are experiencing any of the following, you should consider hospice support:

  • Increased visits to the Emergency Room
  • Frequent falls or hospitalizations
  • Increased assistance needed with daily functions
  • A diagnosed life-limiting illness

If you'd like to speak with someone about whether you should consider hospice support, a member of our care team would be happy to assist. You can call us anytime at (323) 300-4707.

Can family members, friends, and other loved ones be involved in the care process?

Absolutely! We work directly with you and your loved ones, collectively referred to as your Care Circle, to deliver personalized care from the moment you enter hospice through death and beyond, providing lifetime access to grief support.

My oldest sister was given the best care. Compassionate and competent. They are an example of what hospice care should be. A hospice nurse was dedicated to providing hospice care. A social worker was assigned. All of these caregivers were in immediate contact with me and went to see my sister within a day.

Maria K.

One of my friends recommended me this hospice when things got really bad when my grandpa was fighting cancer on the last stages. I’m so appreciative of the whole staff and nurses in particular. They were so kind and caring every step of the way until the last day. Their pain management helped my grandpa tremendously. Huge thank you!

Alina H.

Me and my family were facing very difficult times when we were referred. The team was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, especially visiting nurses. We also got great help from their Social Worker who helped us with different paperwork and applications.

Seymur A.

They made the last week of my grandma’s life better for us as a family to make new memories while keeping her comfortable in her own home with all of the support we needed.
